wow these pics dont do the place justice lol. They do have power racks and the old nautilus stuff that were in the dungeon and also a really cool hackslide that came over on noahs ark. I guess the website is tryin to draw in the fitness peeps. If you find yourself in ABY or the surrounding area it is the only gym that you could actually train insane in. I will drop some pics of the cool stuff later.

in all honestly it looks like an every day wimpy gym.

what kind of barbells do you have? what would you do if i did high pulls and dropped a loaded bar from chin height on every rep? do you allow chalk? do you have a long list of rules? do you have chains, sleds, ropes, tires, open floor space?

The reason I posted it is for a traveling bodybuilder can easily train any bodypart there with hardcore intensity. It is not metroflex by any stretch of the imagination but we do cuss and throw shit around and grunt loudly if we want. It has air conditioning and is relatively clean. It has hot chicks too. Tony (the owner) is a retired bodybuilder...

Chalk is allowed. I haven't tried the dropping the loaded bar from chin height on every rep trick yet lol. It does have room for that at the power racks and it has olympic bars with york and ivanko iron plates as well as the rubber ones with handles. It has the old type squat racks and the power rack with the steel bars like you use for partial deads. I guess I should figure out how to add an * to the registry...

allowing chalk puts you above most. so does open floor splace. yea the high pulls are a bitch on a gym. you need a platform for that but it is a great lift

Yep old Tony lets us do what we need to do, but he also knows how to make a dollar too. But all in all he is very supportive.
