7 weeks working with PJ Braun.

Hey guys, I just wanted to share my results I've had since working with PJ Braun. He's sponsoring my prep for a contest in June. I have plans for competing on June 5th at the NPC Oklahoma and or a show in July. I am a but behind schedule since starting with PJ a little later than I should have. But we're trying to get this shit done. Haha.

The before pics were taken pre-PJ about 3 weeks. Not sure on my weight. I started with PJ at around 250lbs and I'm now down to 230lbs. The updated FINAL pics were when I was 235.

I know I still have a while, but if anyone would like to comment or critique... please, go ahead.

I'll not be doing the June 5th show and will be competing at the Branch Warren Classic on July 10.

Yeah, it just seemed as though it would be counterproductive to do the June show. Not to mention that I won't be in the best shape I could be in. PJ is a great guy and always answers my questions very promptly. Since starting the diet I've actually PUT ON muscle.

Yeah, definitely. I'll keep posting pics. I'm currently 225. I've lost 25lbs since dieting. The majority of it while working with PJ.
