Hey guys,

I stop in here all the time, I just never really post. I'm doing my 3rd INBF show this year, Natural North America, on May 22nd.

Just thought I'd throw up some pics and get a bit of a physique critique.

Sorry about being so pale...I am tanning! I'm just naturally ghost white

5'8.25", 156-157lbs. Shooting for the open lightweights

The ones with the hat are from chest/bi day, the ones without a hat are from back day.

bro you look pretty good for your age start tanning like a mother effer though right now starting with 2 days a week and ending with 4 or 5 days a week make sure you get some hard core bronzer too and then make sure you get ultra shredded and get those quads separated, thats all you need and i think you should do pretty damn good!im impressed and good luck

Great build, particularly for your age.. You need to focus on carving out the thigh separation.. Hold leg poses till it hurts, then keep holding.

Looking good. Front squat all the way to the floor and give the legs time, it always takes time with the legs. Separation and muscle maturity come with age and many repetitions so just keep putting in the work.

Thanks everyone! I'll start pounding my legs ESPECIALLY hard now! I've been having knee issues for quite awhile...Dr. says it's due to growth problems and cannot really be helped until I'm completely out of puberty :(

The good news is: I start on a fat burner tomorrow!

I've been tanning 3x/week, slowly working my way up to 10 mins (I'm at 7mins right now). I just don't tan well at all. And if you think this is bad color, you should see me in the dead of winter :p

Any other tips for tanning? We have a stand-up booth at the Gold's I work in...
