The Examiner is large...they own one of the Glendale rags amongst dozens of others. SYNDICATION BABY $$$$$.
How about visiting ALL of the Az gyms and do a write up...train there free. Interviews, etc. Toss that out and see if they will pay for your gas and meals while on the road.

Thanks all! I am trying to line a surprise interview for the series- hopefully the next one if I can. Baldie I like the idea- but I dont think they pay that way- be great if they did- its all per cli8ck- and refererrals- hey any of you want a writing gig? I can set up and make 50 bucks.
Tommorrow will be in the Valley of the Sun for an interview- hopefully I can get the guy at Golds to let me train him too, - people out here do not return phone calls..gggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

When I did free lance writting for IronMan and Muscle Mag they paid $200 for an Editorial and $300 for a feature. Muscle Mag published in 5 languages at the time and it was read world wide. Not much when you multiply out the readership.

Wow. I should write for them- not much compared to their circulation- true- but way more than I have made so far here. :0 Maybe that will happen down the road. Trying to plant a bug in Shawns ear over at Iron age.

It has a cool photo of a 1000 lb barbell after I did rack pulls with it at the Prescott Y :)
