Which is based on high protein>fats>carbs based on calories. Just wondered any natty bb's here had any solid gains in off season with this kinda ratio?

I've gotten good gains using this kind of diet. I don't do very well with lots of carbohydrates so the the high fat helps get the calories high I put on a good 15 pounds of muscle last year as a natty.

Thanks it was definitely my most productive year since I started and most of it was from throwing in essential fats which were never a part of my diet.

No you didn't. That's hardly possible for a newbie who trains and eats perfectly for a year... with good genetics... that's over 6 feet tall.

Post pics of before and after the diet.

I'm going to be giving it a try. My current mcdoubles diet is smoothing me out way too fast.

Ya I'm also wondering if its 15lbs of actual lean mass or if its just that "I put on 30 lbs and at least half of it has to be muscle" crap. You can't really tell what muscle gains have been made til you diet down. It's not impossible but its highly improbable.

I made gains like that my first year of bodybuilding now it's a lot slower though, I'm thrilled if I can get 5 lbs of muscle in a year now

i've been considering trying this diet around July. I like the idea of a decent amount of EFA's - i've responded well to them in the past.

anyone else following this diet keep us posted!

Just started incoporating alot more healthy fats after my show a few weeks ago as i also do not handle carbs all that well. Too early to tell if there are any mass gains but its def helping my hormone levels. Noticing alot more acne which is something i havent had a prob with in a few years
