First competition. Will be in a lightweight class for sure. Things to work on in the off-season would be appreciated as well.

Currently 5'9'' - 160lbs - Natural

For 10 weeks out you are in good shape for sure. You do need to get with someone on your posing though. besides that I would say you are on track.

Working on the posing but anything specific with those poses?You cannot type to someone and tell them how to pose. You need an experienced person to show you in person.

The weak points I see are back width, hamstrings and calves. You do look good.

Agree 100%.... And as Jeff said, its really hard and tedious to try to type out how to make corrections...Here are two things that immediately jump out at me though...In both the front and rear double bicep pics, your arms are not in the correct positons. What it does is create a very narrow shape from both the front and back. If you look at them, there is virtually no taper whatsoever....This can be helped somewhat by moving your arms around and finding the sweet spot.
