hey guys...
had shoulder surgery and am finisehd with rehab. My internal rotation ROM is horrible (still working on that) and becasue of that problem my scapula "Wings" like a Son of a bitch when I do certain motions. I know I need to work on my ROM all around...but
what are the best exercises for Scapular stabilization to strenghten the area to prevent that winging from happening.
if you don't know hwat winging is... then ignore... you probably qwon't know any exercise to fix it.
