ok I wondered if that was the case! I just can't believe it's been 15yrs since I first started following some of this and wanted to try fitness....holy moly....

she is qualified due to being a winner she has a lifetime qualification. sshe is alos doing the hartford pro in july.

I'm learning back hand spring at close to 40.. and that is doing it for the frist time.. as I said she just has to tweak what she already knew.. MUCH easier.

The way I look at it.. she just had a really long off season, so she should be well rested! and she is already in awesome shape!

Hadn't thought about that, but you're exactly right.

Does anyone know the schedule yet? Will the fitness finals be Friday night?? (hope not)

Fitness Finals at 7pm on Friday along with Bikini finals, Ms. Olympia finals, and Mr. Olympia Judging.
