I love taking the pre-workout N.O. products like NO explode, Dark Rage or No shotgun. My question is they always say to take 30-45 minutes before workout on an "empty stomach" for better absorption. this is the problem because i workout out first thing in the morning and im starving when i wake up and usually drink 50 g whey and 50-75 grams carbs, wait 30-45 minutes and then go hit the gym. I have a tight schedule and dont have time to eat a meal, wait an hour, and then drink NO Shotgun and then wait another 30-45 minutes and then hit the gym.
How can i get the best absorption with theses products so that i can have a great intense workout and not go to the gym starving?
any suggestions?
