I want to bulk until 250 - do I have the go ahead? Been training for about a year but only got serious in the past 6 months

arms = both measure exactly the same. 17.5 cold, 18 pumped
calves = a little over 17 cold
forearms = a little over 13.5


my goals are bigger delts and forearms, much improved hamstrings, thicker mid-back, wider lats and a stronger lower back. In my training i go for 12 reps with my 13 rep max and its been working very well.

I just got an adjustable dumbbell which I have made into a "thors hammer" if anyone is familiar with that:yep:

i think at that height you do need more size/ do you compete? when are you planning to? natural?

No, I dont compete and I wouldnt until I was able to be at least 202 peeled. Honestly right now I am trying to meet my own personal goals which are lee-priest sized forearms and huge delts.

I messed up my training sooo bad for at least my first 6 months, I only did quads, bench/curls/tricep pulldown and pullups.

Yes I am natural, I would never take roids. I've been experimenting with a new method of training, that has given amazing results, though. Upper/lower split with big supersets 7 days a week. Thus, I can hit everything 15x a month. It works really well.

With this before and after I stupidly dieted down for another month after the first pic. That was a big time waster.
