Im not sure if i should have added this to the previous thread on here. if so can a mod please do so. I am 7 weeks out from my first show and have been dieting for well over 20 weeks. I would just like to get some criticism on my weaknesses besides overall mass. my posing has improved but it still needs work as well. thank you in advance.

overall mass like already said. really just need to focus on conditioning here on out.

Just consentrate on conditioning. It is the main thing they look for at a INBF show. Worry about overall mass after the show. What class are you competing in? the Hercules is usually a tough show. I did the Natural Mania Nationals, no joke alot of good BB.

im doing the novice (obviously). the promoter said they determine the classes depending how many/the weights of the competitors the day of the show...

damn dude your waist is small! looking much improved. the biggest problem i see at nattie shows is getting glutes and legs in....if you do that your fine.

do you think its possible to bring them in, in 4 weeks? my hams are showing somewhat. i need to show them better i think too. Im doing another posing class 2 weeks before the show so hopefully that will help.

Leaning out nicely. Try to level your shoulders out in the side quarter turn pose.

cond still needs to come up in lower half. 3 weeks should be perfect to do that.

thanks for the comment! im hoping the 3 weeks of dieting along with 30 minutes posing every night and an hour of posing 2 mornings a week will help bring in some lines as well.
