When it is relaxed?....I have a light 6 pack laying down or standing and flexing, but sitting or standing normal, looks like I have a gut, my stomach looks distended. It is CLEARLY sticking out.

This isn't just after a cheat meal either. LOL.

Any training tips? No, I am not a competitor.

Vaccums and having someone drop a medicine ball on your abs, are a couple exercises that MAY help you with keeping your abs tight or flat.

The vaccums will help learn to control your abs better. And the medicine ball exercise will help you learn to keep your abs flexed under stress.

i agree with young guns.......... I KETO dieted to the point that I started looking like a stick figure..... did hours of cardio..... and never had the abs I wanted..... genetics plays a HUGE part espcially for us nattys..... some people just hold water and fat in the bottom of their stomachs not much u can do.... the only time i would have clear defined abs was in the morning....

I am not talking about fat deposit, my stomach is not that soft...It just sticks out. My stomach is distended....

LOL, this is a lot harder to describe then I thought.

Get real lean(defined 6pack), and stay that way for a few months your body would have to adapt to it.

I missed your reply, I had heard of "Vacuums" prior, but have no friggin clue as to how to do them. Guess that is why google is doing so well....

Visceral fat maybe?

Or bloating from fermentation of sugars/startches in your digestive system, try eating nothing but meat for 6 days, if it doesn't budge, it's visceral fat, if it does, it's the fermentation/bloating.

From your post it sounds like 70% Visceral fat 30% bloating.
