Hello, I am 16 years old and my first show was April 3rd, which was the NPC metropolitan. I won the teen overal and placed 4th in light-heavy novice and 5th in light heavy open. Here are a few pics. I plan on doing teen nationals 2011 under the guidence of my coach fakhri mubarak. Please tell me your thoughts on my physique. Thank you!

Forgot to include: I weighed 184 at my show...I currently weight 216Ib

Dude you look great for your age. THe only thing would be try to add a little more back width and chest thickness. Your chest disappears in the front double bicep shot. Good luck with the Teen Nationals.

16!!! guys didnt look like you when i was 16!

great start..cond is good...just gotta get some time in and your muscles will get thicker and denser...

I competed in the metropolitans back in april...It is curretly august 20th and id like to update the forum judges with my progress at 223lb.
