First time deca user

My next bulk will be in the fall and i've heard about using deca with test E. Well experienced with the gas(7yrs) just never used deca before. Thoughts on the best way to use without creating the worm problem(no what i'm sayin?)

2:1 ratio...... lets say 500 test only 250 deca, 1gram test/500deca got it......:D

2 or 2.5:1 is a good ratio. however, most will tell you not to go above 500/550/600mg deca per week. and I, RR, heavyiron would all agree.

to peak at 750mg Test E or C 2x weekly and add 550mg deca once weekly would be perfect for me. results may vary...

i know this is old school but i thought i read some where that after 600mg wk of deca its dosnt seem to work alot better then say 1gram and the side get outta hand......? am i wrong?:confused:
