I Would like to Introduce Tony Puccio and show his progress as he makes a return back to Competition ...

He has recieved much love from all you people that have Seen, Heard & Watched him train, At Bev's gym on the weekends and His home base gym Fitness Plus

If your cuz has the time and coin he should come to the Mecca of Masters Bodybuilding at the NPC Nationals in Pitt July 23/24 and check out his future competition. Todays Masters are yesterdays 25 year olds...its amazing.

Thanks Baldie ...It's good to know ,Knowing him & I that would be a great weekend out ,He at the moment has alot on his plate Family, Business, Diet & Training ...That could very well be Where He's Heading Next Year ...

Feeling great. Were at 236-7lbs not much left.LOL!!! 12lbs. to go then train hard for 2011 Atlantic States. Most likely we will be a heavy weight. 51 weeks to go the old guy is going into the open!!!! 35+ 45+ take what's yours. T_ Bird.

Say Hello to 235lbs. 10lbs. to go, then cruise and build more muscle for 2011. Lets see how my mind feels about putting on more size for the Atlantic States.
