Curious as to what people take/eat before cardio on a non lifting day both pre and post cardio and why????....

i sip on NO Exs for twenty minutes doing a 130HPM on the treadmill. I am just doing this to give it time to kick in before i workout. i drink lots of water after my last twenty minutes of cardio.
i did read that chocolate milk was the best post workout drink. not sure if that true but it taste good :)

5-10 grams BCAA + 5-10 grams Glutamine pre cardio
Normal meal afterward.

whey isolate shake before whole food meal 1# afterwards.after about thirty minutes or so.

But I try and time my meals so I don't eat for about an hour prior.
Best way is still first thing in the morning on a empty stomach.

post- protein and fats...
