go to a nutrition store, or if you have a complete nutrition store in your town. some use cucumber seed extract and it does have some effects. but diet and fluid intake will make a huge difference.

less carbs, drink alot of water and less salt.

On keto diet I'm dry while on test,drol,dbol stack.

with carbs... hehe I balloon as fawk w/o AI's

its all about what you eat not drugs or supps ... no carbs and salt will eliminate your issue point blank

also water intake, the more you drink the more you will piss out, assuming you are doing the correct things with your sodium, carbs ect.. like MrOxy said. If you aren't providing your body with adequate amts of water, then it is alot more likely to hold onto what it has...
-that being said, as far as over the counter anti-e's go, I like gaspari's novedex. has worked well for me in the past in a pinch.
