I turned 20 two weeks ago and i am going to start my first diet tomorrow so we'll see what happens. Sorry for the shitty phone pictures but thats all i have. In about 2-3 weeks ill be getting a camera for a present so i'll take some better pictures. also my poses and faces are kind of off lol, ive never done any poses before and didnt realize how hard it was

im 5'8
190-195lbs last time i weighed which was about a week ago

I want to compete but i dont want to until this time next year. I want to wait one more year and try to put on as much muscle as i can then do a competition. Hopefully have enough money to get a prep coach also for my first show by that time too

Decided to take another pic after working out through the summer. Im not sure what my weight is. My arms are 17" cold, quads are 25.5", and calves are a measly 16.5".. I am planning on gaining 20-30lbs through this school year and start a cut this up coming May and cut through summer and do a competition this time next year when i am 21. I started training calves, abs, biceps, and chest, 2x a week to try to bring up what i think my lagging parts are.

Here is my work out and diet plan. I do cardio before i lift because its a break i have between classes and i work out after my last class on the way home at our Rec center. I know my diet and my work out are not perfect so please help with any input. I have realized over time that when i get up close to 200g Carbs i lose all abs and get bloated so im trying to keep them to no more than 150g (mistake?). I am trying to stay fairly lean through the year. Also even when i did Keto for a couple weeks my ab deffinition was still not solid. i have tried very hard to have my abs "pop" but even while i have veins running through my traps when i flex i still wont get the ripped abs.

830: 1 cup milk/1 cup frozen fruit/2 scoops whey protein
450 Calories-8g Fat- 33g Carbs- 62g Protein
1130: 3 turkey bacon/3 eggs/2 slices cheese/1 slice of bread
400 Calories-23g Fat-21g Carbs/33g Protein
12: 30 min cardio

330: 1 wheat bun/1 slice cheese/4oz. ground turkey/ 1/4 avacado
265 Calories-6g Fat-24g Carbs-35g Protein
430: Work out
Post: 2 scoops whey with 1 cup milk
370 Calories-7g Fat-18g Carbs-60g Protein
7: 3 turkey bacon/3 eggs/2 slices cheese/1 slice of bread
400 Calories-23g Fat-21g Carbs-33g Protein
10: 1 wheat bun/1 slice cheese/4oz. ground beef/1/4 avacado
282 Calories-10g Fat-24g Carbs- 35g Protein
TOTAL NUTRITION:
2,167 Calories-77g Fat- 141g Carbs- 256g Protein

1 gallon of water per day

Honestly im not sure. i havent weighed myself all summer because ive been just going by the mirror. ill weigh myself on Tuesday when my school Rec center opens up after Labor Day. The apt gym i have to use the next 2 days doesnt have one

You look good. Pretty balanced with a nice structure and round muscle bellies. Keep up the good work and I think you will do well.

Thanks you very much. I am going to give it one more year exactly, wait until im 21, and going to do the South Texas not this Sept. but the one in 2011. And right now i got on the scale yesterday morning and weighed 189.
