Alright I will be logging my wife’s contest prep for the next 9 weeks; she will be competing in figure. In this log I will update a couple times a week, and post measurements, weight and pics every week or two. But first a little background.
She was an All-State track athlete and played tennis in school. She has competed in figure once, and fitness 3 times (2nd place each time). She is also a mother of 4 so what she does is that much more incredible. She has done the Dave Palumbo diet, Layne Norton Contest Prep diet, and the Bombshell fitness diet. She was at her best on the Layne Norton Diet. Her area’s that we are focusing on are, Hams/Glut, Calves, Abs, and Shoulders.
For the next 8 weeks she will have the following diet:
5:00AM - 100mg PEA - 500mg Phenibut – E(20mg)C(200mg)Y(2.5mg)
5:30AM - Pre Morning Cardio - 1 Scoop Whey with MCT Oil 2 TBSP
Breakfast - 2 Whole Eggs 1/2 Cup Egg Whites - 1/4 Steel Cut Oats – 4g Omega Oils – 100mg DIM – 250mg Calcium D-Gulconate
Lunch - 4 oz Chicken - 4 oz Sweet Potato – 4g Omega Oils – 10mg Havoc – ECY
Pre Workout - 1 Scoop Whey - MCT Oil 2 TBSP - 2g BetaAline – 3g AAKG
Post Workout - 1.5 Scoops Whey – 4.5g BCAA - 2 Scoops Waxy Maize – 5g L-Lucien
Dinner - 4 oz Fish - 2 Cups Green Veggie - Large Green Salad, Oil or non-cream dressing - ECY
Pre Bed - 2 Scoops Elite Protein - 1 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter - 4g Omega Oils – 1g GABA - 3 Grams AAKG – 800mg 1-Carboxy-2-Amino-3-Probenzol (3,4-didol)
REFEED - In place of Dinner & Pre Bed Thursday & Sunday
1/4 Cup Steel Cut Oats
1 Large Sweet Potato
4oz Chicken & Garlic Pasta or Spaghetti w/Turkey Meat
1 slice Garlic Bread
1 Bagel/Muffin (Fat Free)
1 Pancakes/Waffle
Pretzels or Fat Free Yogurt
Cardio will be as follows:
Starting out, 6 days a week in the morning, P90x cardio videos, Cardio X, Plyo, Kempo, and Yoga on Sunday. Week one will have 2 nights of cardio in a HIIT or Moderate Pace. Each week after there will be one night per week added until all 7 nights are included. HIIT will not be done on leg days.
Weight Training will be:
Weeks 8-5
3 Sets of 8 to 12 reps, Negatives will be super slow, and will explode through positive. 6 Days of Weight training per week, each body part will be hit twice. Each session is only 30-40 minutes and done with minimal rest.
Weeks 4-1
4 sets of 10-14 Reps, Negatives will be quick and controlled, explosive positive. 6 days still, each BP twice a weeks, same fast pace, but now 30 seconds of jump rope in between no leg sets.
Added Supps:
We are thinking of having her take Anastrozole .5mg 2 or 3 times a week, I have read tons about figure/fitness girls taking Nolva but we don’t have any and I am wondering if the Anastrozole will work. I know they work through different paths as Noval is a SERM and Anastrozole is an AI. We would love some advice on this.
Also the week of the comp we are tossing around the idea of some Transdermal Tren Ace. I have read that a low dose used the last 3 to 5 days will really bring out a harder look. Again if anyone has experience please let me know.
This should be a fun journey and I am excited to help my wife with this.

Is anyone interested in this?

I would like to see pictures. :)

I don't think taking an anti e 2-3 times a week is going to help. Why not take nolva the last 6 weeks every day?

Also - she's a figure competitor, and you want her to take transdermal tren?

I will get some pics up soon. So Nolva ED the last 6 weeks is best? Ok we will go that route then. As far as the tren it is an idea, there have been some girls that say it works well for them on another board. I am not sold on it, I know they do not go for as lean of a look in figure anymore and I really think she don't care what the judges want. She don't compete for them she does it for herself and the challenge.

I don't think any figure competitor should ever need tren if they do there is something wrong with training or nutrition. a lot of people will say something works but that certainly does not mean it is right to do. Figure really needs no supplements maybe some nolva but otherwise they don't want a lot of muscle

With females less is always better when it comes to supplements.
