we all get in a rut with a body part and need a new routine to get us going again....post up the workout that gets you pumped.

4 sets pull ups
2 sets seated rows
2 sets reverse grip BB rows
2 sets alt DB curls
3 sets hammer curls
1 sets BB curl.
