RxMuscle is an amazing site run by bodybuilding legend Dave Palumbo. I have 100% respect for all the incredible athletes & top competitors that are featured on this site as well as Mr. Palumbo and his entire staff. To all those at RxMuscle, please feel free to critique the physique of former pro wrestler & current fitness model John Quinlan in the images attached. John's biceps measured in at 20" pumped with a 32" waist. John stands 5'10 1/2" tall.
