While perusing the videos at youtube I found new video of female bodybuilder Clifta Coulter dated May 17, 2010 stating she's 4 weeks out from stepping on stage after 14 years, this time in figure instead of bodybuilding.

I could have sworn I posted some of her videos 6 months ago. I think I also posted about her comeback.... I know i posted it here. I'm losing it. :(

Clifta AKA LIL C I call her has become one of my favorite people in the past few months...we started chatting on Facebook of all places and as I have grown to know her ..I have grown to love her. Shes an AMZING lady with MANY talents and a Heart of GOLD! She just did a show yesterday and looked amazing!! NO matter what this lady decides to set her sites on..Mark my words..she will succeed! We competed in the NPC way back in the 80's together! After ALL these yrs she comes back to the stage and I am so honored to have gotten to know her in in the past few months and so happy to call her my friend...GO LIL C!!

Curt, Ibarra....help me out with info and pics?An interesting coincidence.....I had an email request to run some photos of Clifta because the only shot I used in the Lightweight Salute article was a back pose. So I sending some off to Dave tomorrow. She was a insanely good LW back in the day!
