Take the Crealyze abt 1.5 hrs before training. 1oz(cap full) in 8-10ozs of water. You can use Crealyze pre and post but Dave recommends pre-workout. Empty stomach is best.

Is Crealyze fine to take with Dave's keto diet? The 15g carbs are just glycerol so are ok?
