Yo guys, my protein is running out and im in need of more, im looking at a few at the moment which are readily accessible to me, these include AST-SS and Isopure http://www.theisopurecompany.com/powders.php

What would you guys recommend me?

Absolutely. If you're on a budget and don't want to be paying for advertising. Good value, great quality, great taste.. the more you buy in size/quantity the cheaper it gets.. Check it out.

Yeah man, im really interested.

It works out to be mad cheap, im surprised.

Am i right in saying this protein is used in the bigger companies tubs plus the blending etc?

Is there any difference or WPI is WPI ? just treading water here lol

Essentially the whey will come from several manufacturers.. So this whey bought from the manufacturer may be used for blending.. wpi is (generally) wpi..just watch the additives.

I cant see any info about the protein on the site in regards to nutritional content etc

you can also try trueprotein.com or proteinfactory.com...you can design and customize your own protein. If you like the idea of Isopure you can try to copy it by buying Iron Exchange WPI from trueprotein.com or proteinfactory.com i think that's what they use.
