I just want to plug Dr Mark Blake and The Clinic of Cosmetic Surgery in Milwaukee WI (http://www.clinicofcosmeticsurgery.com). I had mine done 3 months ago, the price was great, the staff was great and I couldn't be happier. They've been taking great care of me even post-op which is quite a relief.
