I'm working with a new diet and split and just wondering how long till I see results? I'm working with a keto-like diet and cardio more often.
I'm 6'4 and 249 lbs, sort out of hand for a while now and I'm taking action.
I was at 185 lbs about 2 years ago, but I lost it so fast it was sort of nasty, lost most of my good muscle in the process.
Looking at 200 for now, then re-evaluate. I was thinking dunno, 2 to 3 months?
