I like to use a whitening mouth wash too, after I brush... Just seems to make the strips work quicker later on,

Get the crest vivid white daytime and nightime toothpastes as well. They also make a whitening mouthwash that also seems to work pretty well!

Crest Advanced are the best I've ever used...I used them for 14 days before my contest and they worked great.

I have tried Crest Whitening Premium Strips and noticed an improvement after a couple weeks and again after a month. IMO, these are the best value... you can get them cheaper on ebay By Lindsay !
