25 Week Transformation

Bulked a wee bit heavy last year, in conjunction with having our first child, wife stepping down from work and me having to double my hours, kinda' let myself go. But excited to get back on stage next week at the 2010 NPC Tracey Greenwood/Philly show, and then later this summer at the NPC Maryland State and Delaware.

Show pictures are up! Took 5th in men's open bodybuilding heavyweight, 5th in men's novice bodybuilding heavyweight. Show was a lot more stacked than any of us were expecting!
