Jitka Harazimova and Anja Langer are among my all time favorites as well as Kim and Cory. Debbie Bramwell and Sheila Bleck, just awesome. If I had to pick my favorite FBB. It'd be like Girlymuscle, Sallyanne, Sassy69,Tammy Debbie, Sheila etc etc etc All because I know their personality in one way or another and really like what i know of them as people.

If i had to pick the FBB pro I personaly find the physique most pleasurable to look at from a physique perspective. It'd be Julliette then Debbie, Sheila, and that type of physique.

If i had to pick the phsique i think should win BB competitions. Then Iris and Lenda are at the top of the list by far. Hell those two have the whole package a BB of any gender needs.

At 5'3" 140lbs Debi isn't as big as Iris, but more consistent than others and a workhorse that I have faith in keeping up her daily journey to the top spot. Then in the future Heather Armbrust, (eight years younger) has the potential if she can be consistent to fill the top spot matching Iris legacy pound for pound at the same height and weight.

Thanks, she just turned 20 in May actually. Like many people I meet they really want to get great results but do not understand what it takes to get to that level. She took some of my advice and started getting results and then just did anything I told her to do from that day forward.
Now every girl I know who sees her pics on FB all want to pick my brain about what they should do because they know she did not look like that before we started dating. i have had the same problem as you with girls in the past bro.. They are not for you. I am very happy I found someone who shares my interest in BB. She also helps run the day to day operations of my supplement company.

Hey I'm Lartinos' girlfriend. When I first started working out I was 16. I have always been active because I played sports in school and it was always part of my life. When I joined a gym all I would do was cardio because I was embarrassed to use the machines, plus I had no idea what I was doing. I eventually taught myself how to use them but only if I went to the gym with someone else, I would never do it alone. Eventually I got the hang of it but was working out all wrong. I would work out every single muscle everyday which, knowing now, is not the way to do it.

More on "is it really just about the physique with women bbers?" No. Never has been and never will be. I understand that some men think a woman needs a certain size breast to look womanly or whatever. And I understand that some women have insecurites about being flat chested. What I don't understand is some of the bbers who get these horrendous looking implants and think that it makes them look ideal or more appealing when in fact they would look three times better with their natural pancake tits in a pushup water bra. The kind that have a lane wide enough to drive a truck through make my head spin. A cuppers not having enough skin to be C or D cuppers. That's just crazy. Most female athletes don't have big boobs.

Well boobies are part of the deal...just a side road on the thread I think. I tell my clients that are thinking about getting them not to get them bigger than their heads! Many get them because they maintain a low BF% year round and get tired of their titty bags. None of mine but one got them too big and they all look pretty normal. Like you are saying "well maybe she has implants." Have to get a surgen used to working on low BF athletes I think is the main thing.

indeed! that was us at last year's Arnold with Athena at the SPECIES booth....man we had a blast! we're both dieting down and plan on hitting up nationals in our backyard (well kind of since it's in ATL) at doing the photoshoot circuit....no competing at that show for either of us this go 'round...maybe next year! :)

This is a great thread. But talking about who's cute and who's not is normal conversation. It seems that the women have to be sheltered from critique, even if it's constructive or ridicule. We rip the men a new asshole and they take it like men. At least most of them do. Lol.

You cannot tell me that folks didnt see Kevin Levrone was fine as hell in his heydey. And that face made him ideal for many of us. Likewise, the faces on some of the women make them less than ideal as well. Jus sayn.
