Hey, ladies! Species Nutrition Presents the all New RX Muscle 500 Word Essay Contest!!

Okay boys and girls, you wanted it, you asked for it, so here it is!! The all new RX Muscle 500 word essay contest!! Presented by Species Nutrition.

The rules are simple:

* 500 words on the topic of my choice (you have to get close to 500 words - VERY close. Submissions too long or too short will be returned for editing)

* Essays will be e-mailed to me at [email protected] before the 23rd of each month. Essays submitted after the 23rd will be held for the following month.

* The new topic for the next month will be posted and stickied in Muscle Central after the winner has been declared.

* The winner will be determined by RX staff and the results posted on the first of each month in Muscle Central.

* Winner receives Species supplement prize package, and their submission will be published on the front of the RX Muscle Home page.

Good luck to all that enter for this first contest. I will just share my reason here, because there is no way to drag it into 500 words, so I have nothing to enter:

I knew I would not be a virgin forever, so I figured the least I could do for myself and whoever my first was, was to have some muscle (or at least something resembling it) and make it interesting.

LOL not too many publications accept MPA style any longer. Now it is APA. How cute!
