Do you ladies have your contest prep guru give you an offseason diet or do you create your own plan for the offseason? How many grams of protein, carbs and fats do you get in the offseason? How many calories?

when i am bulking george does my diet. but otherwise i do my own. bulking about 2200. reg is about 1800.

I work with the same coach all year. This way we are both on the same page with knowing how my body reacts at differnt points of the year. I feel the offseason is equally important as prep since it's the time to make gains and progress. I would estimate that my offseason calories are around 2500 or so.

I get my diet year round sometimes off season is exact diet other times he give me carbs amt, protein amt for each meal and the choices.

Some times lots of variety ww pasta etc other times more strict depending on what my body is doing

Off season about 3000 cals 375-400g carbs, low fat (non training days about 300-400 cals lower since don't have pwo karbolyn and shake)
