Saying hello

pretty new here, so I figure I would stop by and introduce myself.
Stats:
43 y/o
165-170 depending :p BF: Dont know, never measured it but I mostly go with that i eat (or dont eat) and how I feel. I have gone as heavy as 220 and as light as 143. I might drop to 160-165 seems that's good for me.

Workout 5 days
cardio 3 days
Eat clean
Proteins mostly from food except for 2 shakes.

1 very light cycle 5 years ago (sust @ 1cc per week after getting off propecia which I took for 2 years).

Thanks. I never thought of competition as I never thought I would be up to size with those monsters LOL.

I basically like to stay in shape and keep the "model look" for the most part.
