I have tried finding them online and can't find any consistent nutrition facts or find out how many omega 3's are in it. Thanks a lot.

An 8 oz Salmon has 28 grams of fat...I don't know how many omega 3's but it really doesn't matter. Just know that it's 28 grams of GOOD Fats...Salmon is probably the richest Omega 3 foods there is, who cares how much.

I'd weigh my salmon uncooked. The weight will change drastically depending on how long you cook it. 8ozs raw could become 6 oz cooked or if you overcook it maybe even end up at 4-5 ozs.
