EOD protocol.
1 Chest/Tris
2 off
3 Back/Calves
4 off
5 Shoulders/Biceps/Forearms
6 off
7 Legs

30 minutes low intensity cardio after each lifting session. Abs/hypers after workout 1 and 5. Works for me. :)

Its been a while since you wrote the above my friend but i was wondering if you could check the following routine.

1 Back/Biceps
2 off
3 Chest/Tris
4 off
5 Legs
6 off
7 Shoulders

The thing is that gyms here in Greece are closed on sundays so i was thinking of getting shoulders done on sundays with my dbells at home.
Any thoughts would be highly appreciated!

Oh and plus i try to bring out more my hamstrings and adductors, any thoughts like increasing frequency?

Thanks and take care, Chris

nsp, hi! to clarify things, you're doing the same routine as the one i'm doing? looking good my friend!

Since we seem to be sharing training splits, mine goes like this:

monday:
shoulders/light tri/light bench

tuesday:
heavy back/hamstrings/light shoulders/light bis/lower body conditioning (tire flips)

thursday
heavy bench/chest, heavy tris/light back/light tri upper body conditioning (sledge work)

friday
hard leg day

im trying to gear my training more towards improving strength and overall mass/thickness

I do my bodyparts in that kind of 4 day split, but I don't take 2 days in a row off. I train 2 days on 1 day off. My work schedule is 24hr/48hr off so it works perfect for me.

got you! thanks for the input my friend.
I always trained EOD (Every Other Day) style (suits my body and recovery).
Any comments on my split from more experienced lifters would be great! :)
