How often do you train each bodypart. I train every bodypart once every 5-8 days. Lagging bodyparts every 5-6 days and better body parts every 7-8 days.

Once every 7 days. Although I've tried once every 9 days too with equal results.
Some months i trains legs and arms every 15 days because they easily overpower and dwarf my torso.

I'm on a one on/one off routine. So everything gets 5 days, hit again on the 6th. Lower volume, super-sets/triple-sets so the fatigue isn't taking over.

Thats because arms and delts are your weak point or is it the other way round?

Legs/Arms/Shoulders: Once a week
Chest/Back:Twice a week (Push/Pull, Pull/Push)
Abs: 3 times a week.
