haha, I just posted a thread on BC, its right above yours. "Birth Control and Weight Loss"....just be careful what you take. I stuck 100% to my diet/training and couldn't lose weight to save my life and even gained a few lbs which is seemingly mathematically impossible! I guess my best advice is to try it out and see how you feel on it. It wasn't until my 2nd month on it that I noticed the side effects bad. Horrible mood swings, irritability, weight gain....stopped it today and already am feeling slightly better, should be back to 110% by Saturday.
