Hey everyone! There is a good chance I will be moving to the Tokyo area in Japan within 2009, and was wondering what the lifting scene was like there.
Besides Hitedata Yamagishi (SP?) I've never heard of anything bodybuilding related out of Japan.
Any hardcore gyms? Any info at all I would greatly appreciate.
