Thanks Steph.. We like saving time on w.o's that can be done together. It gives us time to rest together and have our girltalk without interrupting eachother's workout.:p

You ladies definitely seem to have a great chemistry, which is so important... I have two figure friends that I train with from time to time when our schedules permit and it's nice to share a training session with a friend with similar goals and who can push similar weight... AND who knows when it's time for girl talk and when it's time to shut up and lift. ;)

What's next for you after this? Are you doing the Hartford in a couple weeks since it's also so close?
