Post your best westside barbell style squat cycle you have used for a contest

The only 2 full meet contests I've done I just used strait weight with a strait bar and safety squat bar.

The best cycle that I've ever used, and hated, that gave me the best carry over towards training was a 3 week wave of the SSB against greens and 120lbs of chains to a foam pad:
W1:225 8x2
W2:265 8x2
W3:295 5x2, 335 3x2

That must have been a hard cycle chains and bands combined!

Yeah lol. The veterans at the gym I used to go to only do those cycles for two weeks, but my group missed the memo and did three haha. My cns was fried the week after the wave.

Here is something that I am trying this month

Week #1 50% of box max plus 100 pounds of chains 6-8 sets of 2 reps
Week #2 55% of box max plus 100 pounds of chains 6-8 sets of 2 reps
Week #3 60% of box max plus 100 pounds of chains 6-8 sets of 2 reps

I have created a new squat cycle that has been great so far. I have taken several squat cycles an combined them into one:

wk#1 80% 5 sets of 3 reps
wk#2 85% 5 sets of 2 reps
wk#3 90% 2 sets of 3 reps
wk#4 45% 5 sets of 2 reps (speed and recovery)
wk#5 93% 2 sets of 1 rep
wk#6 45% 5 sets of 2 reps (speed and recovery)
wk#7 max out
( I am also must finished with the cycle above )

I just can't squat twice a week so these once a week squats.
