i liked the energy i got from it but did it make you burp a lot, i was burping throughout my workout when i took that stuff awhile back...kinda interrupted a lil bit

used it for about a month, my lean body mass went up about 3lbs during that time. No other supplements besides whey

I took the volumaize by bsn, similar product and thought it was alright. Kept pump and energy up. Think I should give this one a try?

I think it's a superior product to Volumaize, I've tried both, and the ingredient profile looks a little better too.
