i was doing juice plus but it got too $

The only thing I'm really consistent on is a good multi vitamin and vit c.

I am a supplement addict so I have to keep myself in check...but currently I take Chlorella, vit D, vitC, 'Omegalyze' (fatty acid supplement), CQ 10, High B Complex, pro-biotics, Propolis, Mineral supp and Coconut Oil Caps......see what I mean!

year round i make sure to have those at home:
- mutivit and mineral (staple)
- whey protein (may come in handy for lazy days).

*i may take BCAAs if i'm tired of PWO shakes and just take that and eat.
* if i'm feeling rich i may take some glutamine.

personally im on creatine beta alanine protein and some carb source year round and gotta have bcaa too plus multi and joint formula

I used to be a supp whore. I took almost everything: preWO shit, PWO shit, morning supps, evening supps, NO supps, test boosters, creatine....proteins....etc. But not any more. I just dont see the point. The only thing I noticed as a result was that my wallet gained weight. Now I stick to the basics: multivitamins, EFAs, and protein AS NEEDED. I dont fuck around with PWO shakes anymore unless I absolutely, positively cannot get a real meal. And Im doing ten times better now.

I drop all thermos and stims offseason for starters. I stick to basics otherwise.

Whey Iso

Creatine Mono
AAKG
Beta-Alanine
Multivitamin
Fish Oils
CLA (still no dairy in offseason for me due to lactose issues)

Very rarely do I use somthing else not on this list.

year round I keep dandylion root, yohimbe, and Xpel on hand in case I have a photo shoot or I feel bloated and/or need to shed some water excess....

I am a supp junkie:
Animal Pak, Flex, and Pump, Nitro, and the BCAA stack;bromelain, cranberry, probiotic, vit c, b12, b6, folic acid and zma(at bedtime).

during winter months I add: astragulus, elderberry, and andrographis

during prep I add: yohimbe, green tea, l-carnitine, somalyze, 7 keto, and hydroxycut hardcore
