Muscle Recipes Indonesian Chicken

I have yet to find anyone who doesn't like it. I like to double the recipe and enjoy the leftovers. I prefer spicy food, so sometimes I'll add a dash of hot sauce. For friends who don't like spicy food, I just stick to the recipe. To get the best flavor, poke the chicken with a fork so it can really absorb the marinade

Ingredients



2 tsp raw ginger root
1tsp Corianda leaf (dried cilantro, chinese parsley )
2 cups sliced raw red pepper
5 tsp extra virgin olive oil
5 cups raw shredded cabbage
4 tsp cornstarch
1 cup chopped raw onion
6 cloves raw garlic
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup Jalapeno raw sliced
2 cups 1% fat cows milk
8 oz Boneless raw chicken breast borilers or fryers


Directions


In non stick saute pan combine onion, jalapeno perrer, spices, milk and chicken poach ( lightly simmer ) until chicken is done mix cornstarch with a little water to dissolve the add to pan an cook for 3-5 minutes in seperate pan cook cabbage and red peppers in oil until tender divide cabbage between 2 plates and top wish chicken serve immediately
