I think I said this when I read her last entry, but I really do appreciate having an honest look into the mind of a pro competitor. It's easy to sometimes feel overwhelmed by everything going on and trying to balance prep with real life... so it's a nice reminder to know that when one of us is experiencing a lapse in positive attitude, confidence and ability to juggle all the balls in the air, that we aren't alone.

Plus, it makes you that much stronger once you're back on the other side of that hill. This journey is absolutely a mental one, as well as a physical one!
