I have some of this fiber and was wondering if it was ok to use on dave's diet? I searched but didnt find a clear answer on the topic. I know fiberlyze is the preferred but this is what I got now. Thanks in advance.

i've heard dave mention any fiber supplement is ok on his diet. preferably sugar free:)

i personally use citrucell and metamucil sugar free. i'd def use fiberlyze if my finances allowed me to.
