I know Colette LOVES this stuff but because of the sugar content it has and i can't remember the amount i can not use following dave's contest diet but it is fine in off season!!! I heard was great!!

So ironic to see this posted on here Tammy... I was in Wegmans the other day and saw this for the vERY first time and snagged it up. It was pricy, like 6.00 for the jar but I figured I'd give it a try..... havent yet but I'll let you all know what I think!

screw pb2 ... its expensive and not nearly as tasty as the peanut flout at www.byrdmill.com (http://www.byrdmill.com)

you can get 5lbs for $22 ... its the bomb dizz and does fit into daves diet ... 1/4 cup has 100 calories 7 carbs 3 fiber and 12 protein 3 fat. NO SUGAR

the dark roast is very robust ... the light is more like pb2 ... i prefer the dark for flavor ... but it is different.

what the heck...what is this PB2? ive never heard of it. im going to have to goggle. and gymrat..it sounds like you have something even better. ill have to check out that site.

its peanut flour. pressed peanuts so all the fat comes out. you can mix it into yoru shakes for flavor, bake with it, make your own peanut butter with flax oil, mix with soy sauce for an asian peanut sauce, its great stuff.

i mix it with egg beaters to make a very low cal peanut paste that i put on celery for a snack while dieting .... fills the void very well.

When you bake with it, is it dense like a rice flour, or does it act light similar to a wheat flour?
