It would seem that weight training or bodybuilding, clean diet and hormonal management should be standard in those people who want to get or stay off drugs which they have abused.
In the recovering person, appropriate dosing of testosterone, resistance and aerobic training and strict diet are the missing links to helping someone decrease or stop the use of other drugs. Also self esteem increases when one can perform well in the gym and in the bedroom. Just knowing a doctor (MD,DO, Chiropractor, Family Med, Internist, etc) is watching over their shoulder makes them accountable.
Any comments or personal experience with this?
