There's a HUGE price difference between breasts and thighs at my local grocery store. I am doing Dave's diet and was wondering what would be the difference if I substituted thighs for some of my chicken breast meals. Since this is a keto diet and not a low-fat diet, would it be highly detrimental to do this substitution? It sure would be good on the wallet!
