A very tight competition, Vona is a humble champion, stating she...

"was still not happy with my conditioning. I need to get much sharper for Dexter's show. I need to sharpen it up all the way around. Posing needs to get better, color, everything. Those stage lights were no joke at the Tampa Pro/Am they washed my color right out."

Thank you Curt, for adding that Quote from my message, I'm glad that you put that in there. I do have quite a bit to work on, and the other 2 Ladies, Janet Gerber, and Michelle Emery were both in great condition. Janet's arms are amazing, and her color was right on the money. Tim Gardner's Tampa Bay Pro/Am was a show that I will never forget, I enjoyed every bit of the experience from start to finish. It was definitely more than "just a show" it was a well orchestrated Event. Getting to compare the Physiques of all of the NPC Competitor's with that of the IFBB Pro Competitor's, including my own. It was a larger than life event that Tim & Brandi Gardner somehow pulled off without a hitch. I am amazed at the amount of detailed planning and thought that went into that show. I have a new level of respect for both Tim and Brandi. Well, it is the Monday after the show, and I am back in the gym working out, back on my diet, and practicing my posing and stage presentation. Like I said before, I have some serious work to do to complete this overall package. I want to bring my best to the stage at Dexter Jackson's Pro/Am ;)

The competition looked like it was down to the wire from the pics with Gerber and Vona both displaying amazing physiques. I wasn't there and haven't read any threads regarding the competition, but trust it was a smoothly run and fairly judged competition. :beerbang:
