View Full Version : Progress over 2 years

Looking for your expert opinions on the pace of my progress and if I am balancing out - bottom half has always been much bigger than my top half. I think my condition has gotten better, though I'm not quite nailing it - weight is up about 15 lbs over this period.

Thanks for the feedback Tammy. Would you say that I am evening out or are my legs growing at the same (or faster) pace as my upper body? I've not done any asymeteric training yet (e.g. train legs much less), but I am comtempalating that stratedgy for this off season.

id say your legs have grown, but you dont really want to stop training them either...maybe go with fst 7 upper body training and higher volume for legs.

Good progress, but you have to really work on your back width, and triceps. You also need to learn how to perform a side chest pose correctly.

Agree on back width - I also have a problem pulling my shoulder blades together a bit on FDB/RDB shots making me look even narrower.
