That seems to be way too low carb for an off season diet. I will have to go back and re read it but if I remember right there was little to no starchy carbs at all.

Although the off-season is the time for trial and error I really dont see the reason for no carbs unless maybe doing a keto "test" type of diet to see how you would react to it contest dieting. Maybe you can explain to us why you are eating what your eating to better understand the diet. Thanks.

I forgot to put in my cheat meals...
I will have one-two "cheat" meals per week, were I eat regular food (pizza, sandwhich, etc)
I am going with this for a while, as it is easier for me to get in more protein without the carbs, and I feel like I gain too much fat too easily with the carbs unless I keep them very low.
